Your responsibilities:
✅Finishing polyurethane and rubber rolls using conventional lathes, including rough turning and grinding
✅Setting up the lathe and adjusting machine parameters when necessary
✅Working accurately and safely, with a strong focus on order, cleanliness, and quality
✅In the long term, there is the opportunity to expand your role with CNC-related tasks, such as cutting grooves in the rolls

You have some experience with conventional lathes
You are able to set up a lathe and adjust machine parameters
You have strong technical insight
You value order and cleanliness in your work
You work in an organized and methodical way
You always work safely and accurately
You can communicate in Dutch, English or French
Talenkennis: Ability to communicate in Dutch, English or French

38 hours per week
Hourly wage: €16.00 – €17.50, depending on experience
Meal vouchers: €8 per worked day
