Our client is a dynamic and growing company located in Ronse, specialized in the processing of rubber and polyurethane rolls. Your Responsibilities ✔️ Finishing polyurethane and rubber rolls on conventional lathes, including rough turning and grinding of rolls ✔️ Setting up the lathe and adjusting machine parameters when required ✔️ Working accurately and safely, with strong attention to order and cleanliness ✔️ In the long term, there is an opportunity to perform CNC work, such as cutting grooves in the rolls

  • You have some experience with conventional lathes
  • You are able to set up a lathe and adjust machine parameters
  • You have strong technical insight
  • You value order and cleanliness in your work
  • You work in an organized and methodical way
  • You always work safely and accurately
  • You can communicate in Dutch, English or French

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • 38 hours per week
  • Hourly wage: €16.00 – €17.50, depending on experience
  • Meal vouchers: €8 per worked day
  • Immediate start with long-term potential
  • Possibility of a permanent contract
