As a CNC Operator, you play a key role in delivering perfectly machined parts that meet the highest aviation standards.
Your responsibilities include:
✔️ Setting up and replacing tools according to work instructions and machine specifications
✔️ Loading the correct program or transferring it via DNC
✔️ Adjusting CNC programs in cooperation with the foreman or methods department
✔️ Inspecting parts and performing necessary tool offsets or compensations
✔️ Deburring and checking parts using precise measuring tools
✔️ Assembling and disassembling cutting tools
✔️ Correctly positioning parts in the machine for optimal machining results

Opleiding: A CNC qualification or strong practical experience in the field
Vakkennis: You are skilled in machining and CNC techniques according to ISO and Dialog standards.
You are able to select and use the appropriate cutting tools.
You can read technical drawings and are familiar with different measuring methods.
You have solid knowledge of CNC machines (Siemens 840D).
You are capable of operating 5-axis machines.
Talenkennis: You have a good command of Dutch and/or English and/or French.

A gross hourly salary of €19.1012, plus additional benefits such as:
Shift premiums: €1.84/hour for early and late shifts, and €4.76/hour for night shifts

Working hours are in a shift system (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–6:00).
