Wat ga je doen?

For our client, we are looking for Operators to join the wire drawing department, where the initial processing of raw materials takes place. Your key tasks: ✔️ Remove the outer rusty layer from wire rods ✔️ Draw wire rods through production lines to reduce their diameter ✔️ Press specific profiles into the wire according to technical requirements ✔️ Operate and maintain machinery to keep production running smoothly ✔️ Monitor product quality and follow all safety guidelines

Wie ben jij? m/v/x

  • You have good technical insight and preferably some initial experience as an operator
  • Experience in the metal sector is a plus
  • You can operate tools such as a grinder
  • Experience with an overhead crane is a strong advantage
  • You are a team player, but also able to work independently
  • You have a strong focus on quality
  • You enjoy hands-on work

Talenkennis: You can communicate in English or Dutch

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Hourly rate: €16.39 gross per hour
  • Shift bonus: additional +10% for 2-shift system, additional +20% for night shift (on top of hourly wage)
  • Meal vouchers of €5.17 after 6 months of service
  • Possibility to receive a permanent contract after the interim period
