Wat ga je doen?

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines for the construction of beams. You will ensure the correct setup of the machines, monitor the quality of the output, and intervene when adjustments are required. You will also contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Communicative knowledge of Dutch or English is required
  • Experience as a machine operator or in a production environment is an advantage
  • Technical insight and ability to work with machines
  • Attention to quality and safety
  • Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system or permanent night shift
  • Team spirit and reliability

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Gross hourly wage: €16.5154
  • Shift premium: +10% for 2-shift system
  • Night shift premium: +20% for permanent night shift
  • Meal vouchers of €5.17 after 6 months of service
  • Standard working hours: 38 hours per week
  • Overtime: paid at 150%
  • Contract: possibility to obtain a permanent contract after the interim period
