Wat ga je doen?

We are looking for a customer a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end service experience for both internal and external customers. You will work collaboratively across departments to support order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions related to service issues, order processing, and general support Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined portfolio of customers Serve as backup support for colleagues within the Customer Service team as needed Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance) to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery Process and modify orders in the system, providing immediate confirmation to customers Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to verify documentation and ensure timely deliveries Monitor and manage order statuses and due dates in line with service KPIs Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries through calls, emails, or other communication channels Assist with team workload coverage during absences or busy periods Proactively communicate order updates, backorder information, and shipment tracking to customers Support accurate and timely shipping and invoicing, ensuring targets are met, especially at month-end Contribute to effective issue resolution by assisting in the implementation of cost-efficient recovery plans

Wie ben jij? m/v/x

  • First experience in customer service is required;
  • Familiarity with logistics processes;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC applications;
  • Familiarity with CRM system;
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills;
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Opleiding: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Vakkennis: First expierence in Customer service is required.

Talenkennis: English.
