Are you a technically skilled and quality-focused operator with a passion for sustainability? Do you enjoy working with modern machinery and take pride in delivering a flawless end product? Then we’re looking for you! What will you be doing? - You will monitor the quality of paper that is automatically rolled using advanced machinery. - You will cut paper rolls to size according to the specific requirements of the customer. - You will finish the end product neatly, with great attention to detail. - You will ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. - You will carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance on the machines to ensure smooth production. You will start in a reserve status, working a maximum of nine days and where flexibility is important. During this period, you will benefit from extra vacation days and attractive remuneration. During your period as a reserve, you will receive a shift premium of 37.14% for every hour worked, regardless of the shift. Once a permanent spot becomes available, you’ll transition to a 5-shift rotation, with the following schedule: - 5 early shifts (6 AM – 2 PM), followed by 4 days off. - 5 late shifts (2 PM – 10 PM), followed by 4 days off. - 5 night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM), followed by 3 days off. - 2 early + 2 late + 2 night shifts, followed by 3 days off.
