  • Willingness to assist in multiple sections when needed

Formation: Training in culinary arts is an advantage Experience can compensate for formal education

Connaissances professionnelles: Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred Understanding of mise en place, station setup, and plating techniques Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and food storage standards

Connaissances linguistiques: Basic communication skills in English required French or Dutch is a strong plus

Attestations: HACCP certification is a strong asset Culinary diploma or equivalent training is a plus
