Your responsibilities: ✅Finishing polyurethane and rubber rolls using conventional lathes, including rough turning and grinding ✅Setting up the lathe and adjusting machine parameters when necessary ✅Working accurately and safely, with a strong focus on order, cleanliness, and quality ✅In the long term, there is the opportunity to expand your role with CNC-related tasks, such as cutting grooves in the rolls
