Our client is a dynamic and growing company located in Ronse, specialized in the processing of rubber and polyurethane rolls. The company is known for its innovative approach, high quality standards, and the strong commitment of its employees. Your Responsibilities ✔️ Finishing polyurethane and rubber rolls on conventional lathes, including rough turning and grinding of rolls ✔️ Setting up the lathe and adjusting machine parameters when required ✔️ Working accurately and safely, with strong attention to order and cleanliness ✔️ In the long term, there is an opportunity to perform CNC work, such as cutting grooves in the rolls

  • You have some experience with conventional lathes
  • You are able to set up a lathe and adjust machine parameters
  • You have strong technical insight
  • You value order and cleanliness in your work
  • You work in an organized and methodical way
  • You always work safely and accurately
  • You can communicate in Dutch, English or French

  • 38 hours per week
  • Hourly wage: €16.00 – €17.50, depending on experience
  • Meal vouchers: €8 per worked day
  • Immediate start with long-term potential
  • Possibility of a permanent contract
