As a Public Lighting Technician, you play an important role in creating a safe and sustainable environment.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that public lighting systems operate reliably and efficiently.
What will you do?
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing public lighting infrastructure. Safety and quality are always your top priorities.
Your responsibilities include:
➡️ Installing, relocating, or removing lighting poles
➡️ Connecting lighting poles to the electrical grid
➡️ Installing or replacing lighting fixtures and lamps
➡️ Detecting and resolving faults in the lighting network
➡️ Supporting the transition to sustainable LED lighting

Qui êtes-vous? m/v/x
You speak and understand Dutch or English fluently.
You have no problem working outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
You are not afraid of heights and enjoy working at elevated locations.
You hold a valid category B driving licence; experience with a bucket truck is a plus.
You have a secondary school diploma in electricity or equivalent experience.
You have a VCA certificate, or you are willing to obtain one before starting.
Formation: A secondary school diploma in electricity or equivalent experience.
Connaissances professionnelles: Electrical work
Working at heights
Connaissances linguistiques: Dutch or English fluently
Attestations: Rijbewijs B → (valid driving licence B)
