The worksites are mainly located between Antwerp, Zelzate, and Kallo.

For large and technically challenging infrastructure projects in the Antwerp region, we are looking for 6 experienced TIG/STT welders who are ready for the next step.

About the job – start-up January/February 2026
As an experienced TIG/STT welder, you will be deployed in the welding train, where you will contribute to welding pipelines and structures for high-quality infrastructure projects.
Your tasks:
✅Performing high-quality TIG and STT welding on pipelines and steel structures
✅Welding of various diameters and wall thicknesses
✅Working with different materials (including steel)
✅Performing both above-ground and underground welding works
✅Collaborating with x-ray welders, fitters, and grinders
✅Preparing welding areas: grinding, cleaning, positioning
✅Working according to strict safety and quality standards
✅Reading and interpreting welding procedures and technical drawings
✅Actively contributing to project progress together with your team
✅You will join a team of professional welders where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.
Qui êtes-vous? m/v/x
You are familiar with semi-automatic (MIG/MAG) and TIG welding
You are able to read technical drawings and apply them in practice
You are physically fit and able to perform heavier work
You have strong technical insight and are eager to learn
You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
You work independently and are reliable, precise, and well organized
You are flexible and can easily adapt to different working conditions
You work safely and responsibly, with great attention to detail
You have a VCA certificate, or are willing to obtain one through an ASAP training before starting (1-day course including exam)
You hold a Category B driving license and can reach the pick-up point independently
You preferably live in the Antwerp region
You speak and understand Dutch, English, or French
Are you bilingual or multilingual? Fantastic!
Formation: You have completed training in welding / semi-automatic welding and TIG welding
(training in construction welding, radiographic welding, and pipe welding is all considered highly relevant for this position)
Connaissances professionnelles: Knowledge of construction welding, radiographic (X-ray) welding, and pipe welding is definitely an asset
Connaissances linguistiques: You speak and understand Dutch, English, or French
Attestations: You are in possession of a VCA certificate, or you are willing to complete a VCA training and exam before starting (this can be arranged via ASAP)
A Category B driving licence is mandatory

Salary and benefits in line with Construction PC 124.
A starting construction worker earns €18.191 per hour
Experience? Your experience is taken into account when making the salary offer
Permanent contract? After a successful interim period, you will be offered a permanent position
