Dan is deze functie als CNC Operator misschien wel iets voor jou! Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevend bedrijf in de aerospace-industrie, waar je jouw technische carrière verder kunt uitbouwen. Als CNC Operator speel je een cruciale rol in het vervaardigen van perfect bewerkte onderdelen die voldoen aan de strengste luchtvaartnormen. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit: ✔️ Instellen en vervangen van gereedschappen volgens werkvoorschriften en machinespecificaties ✔️ Opladen van het juiste programma of overzetten via DNC ✔️ Aanpassen van CNC-programma’s in overleg met de voorman of de afdeling methods ✔️ Controleren van onderdelen en uitvoeren van de nodige tool offsets en compensaties ✔️ Ontbramen en nameten van onderdelen met nauwkeurige meetinstrumenten ✔️ Monteren en demonteren van snijgereedschappen ✔️ Correct positioneren van onderdelen in de machine voor een optimaal bewerkingsresultaat

Formation: A CNC qualification or strong practical experience in the field

Connaissances professionnelles: You are skilled in machining and CNC techniques according to ISO and Dialog standards. You are able to select and use the appropriate cutting tools. You can read technical drawings and are familiar with different measuring methods. You have solid knowledge of CNC machines (Siemens 840D). You are capable of operating 5-axis machines.

Connaissances linguistiques: You have a good command of Dutch and/or English and/or French.
