Then you might be our next CNC Operator! Your responsibilities: ✔️Install and replace tools in the machine according to the work method and machine requirements. ✔️Load the correct program or send it via DNC. ✔️Adjust the CNC program in consultation with the foreman or the methods department. ✔️Inspect the parts and apply tool changes (compensations) when needed. ✔️Deburr the parts and check them using the appropriate tools. ✔️Know how to assemble and disassemble cutting tools. ✔️Place the parts accurately in the machine.

Formation: A CNC qualification or strong practical experience in the field

Connaissances professionnelles: You are skilled in machining and CNC techniques according to ISO and Dialog standards. You are able to select and use the appropriate cutting tools. You can read technical drawings and are familiar with different measuring methods. You have solid knowledge of CNC machines (Siemens 840D). You are capable of operating 5-axis machines.

Connaissances linguistiques: You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
