Qu'allez-vous faire?

Our client is looking for operators to join the wire drawing department, which is responsible for the initial processing of raw materials. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Removing the outer rust layer from wire rods. ✔️ Feeding wire rods through production lines to reduce their diameter. ✔️ Pressing profiles into the wire according to specifications. ✔️ Operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient workflow. ✔️ Monitoring product quality and complying with all safety regulations.

Qui êtes-vous? m/v/x

  • You have good technical insight and preferably some initial experience as an operator
  • Experience in the metal sector is a plus
  • You can operate tools such as a grinder
  • Experience with an overhead crane is a strong advantage
  • You are a team player, but also able to work independently
  • You have a strong focus on quality
  • You enjoy hands-on work

Connaissances linguistiques: You can communicate in English or Dutch

Qu'est-ce que nous vous offrons?

  • Hourly rate: €16.65 gross per hour
  • Shift bonus: additional +10% for 2-shift system, additional +20% for night shift (on top of hourly wage)
  • Meal vouchers of €5.17 after 6 months of service
  • Possibility to receive a permanent contract after the interim period
