Qu'allez-vous faire?

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our COM department. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders and responding to inquiries from both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer interactions related to service issues, order processing, and support services; - Begin developing strong relationships with a defined portfolio of customers; - Act as backup support for Customer Service colleagues as needed; - Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery; - Process and amend orders in the system, providing immediate confirmations to customers; - Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure complete and accurate documentation for timely deliveries; - Monitor order status and due dates in line with Customer Service KPIs; - Respond promptly to customer requests for information or updates; - Communicate via multiple channels (calls, emails, faxes) to resolve inquiries; - Step in to assist with colleague portfolios during absences; - Proactively inform customers about the status of their orders, backorders, and shipments; - Ensure timely invoicing and shipping of parts, especially at month-end; - Support issue resolution by helping implement cost-effective recovery plans. Qui êtes-vous? m/v/x

  • First experience in customer service is required;
  • Familiarity with logistics processes (import/export/transportation) is required;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC applications;
  • Familiarity with CRM system;
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills;
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Formation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Connaissances professionnelles: First expierence in Customer service is required.

Connaissances linguistiques: English.
