As a Process Operator, you play a key role in the production process.
You are responsible for monitoring, setting, and adjusting production lines within a modern and dynamic production environment.
What Will You Do?
✔️ Set up production machines, perform changeovers, and monitor the entire production process.
✔️ Coordinate tasks within the team and ensure smooth collaboration.
✔️ Guarantee product quality in line with IFS, BRC and HACCP standards.
✔️ Detect technical issues and work together with the technician to resolve them.
✔️ Operate, control, and optimise production installations.
✔️ Perform quality checks and register production data.

A technical background or relevant operator experience.
Experience in a production environment.
A strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and teamwork.
A positive attitude and a motivating presence towards colleagues
Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts during peak periods
A strong sense of responsibility regarding order and hygiene
Numerical and analytical insight
Opleiding: Diploma of higher secondary education or equivalent through experience, with technical insight.
Vakkennis: A technical background or relevant operator experience.
Experience in a (food) production environment is a strong plus.
Knowledge of IFS, BRC and HACCP is an asset.
Talenkennis: Communicative Dutch or English
