As IT Support you will be an expert who will be supporting our company's infrastructure, helping users across 10 countries and helping improve the tools we are we are working with!
What will be your responsibilities?
- Preparation of IT equipment for new starters
- Repairing faulty laptops and re-installation of Windows OS
- Shipment of IT equipment to local sales offices
- Supporting users across all levels of the company, advising them or troubleshooting any issues (workstation, network, server, telecommunication, etc.)
- Support for daily routine operations within the IT department

Education in IT/Computer Engineering and/or equivalent work experience in IT field.
Willingness to commit to a temporary period (minimum 3 months)
Opleiding: Education in IT/Computer Engineering and/or equivalent work experience in IT field.
Vakkennis: Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Office 365, Windows Server, Microsoft InTune, SharePoint Online, Virtualization, etc.)
Nice to have: knowledge of basic Networking and Microsoft Azure
Talenkennis: Very good level of English (business proficiency)
