You will join a 5-person HR team and you will be the right-hand man of the HR Manager Benelux, whom you will be reporting into. This person has over 24 years of experience in HR for a number of very successful companies and will help build and develop your skills even further. They like to give you the freedom and autonomy to bring new ideas and changes to the business and you will be given additional responsibility of leading HR projects for the business where you can really make it your own.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide support to various Belux divisions with regard to recruitment, onboarding, remuneration and benefits, exit interviews, ... (cf. employee life cycle)
Provide advice to executives on day-to-day HR matters in accordance with the legislative framework, rules and procedures (with support from the legal department)
Initiate and follow up HR projects related to specific business needs e.g. adjustment of the work regulations, implementation of a bonus system, development of a job classification system, etc.
Think in terms of optimization and efficiency and initiate projects for improvement.
rovide frontline support to managers, team members, employees and other internal customers with all their employment questions at our customer.

Opleiding: Bachelor HR
Talenkennis: Excellent communicator in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an absolute asset.

Familiar with Belgian social legislation; experience with project work is essential.
