Wat ga je doen?

As a customer service officer, you will work 3 nights a week (from 20h – 8h). Your main tasks will be: Handling phone calls and emails: responding to the customer’s inquiries and intervening parties. Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness. Providing technical support and communicating with workshops. Updating the customer and all other parties involved. Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved. Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines.

  • KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
  • Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres, …) is a plus
  • No specific experience required
