Qu'allez-vous faire?

As a Truck Technician, you are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and readiness of trucks, trailers, brake systems, and tail lifts for a wide range of brands. You’ll work both independently and in a team, using modern diagnostic tools and technical insight to ensure roadworthiness and reliability of heavy vehicles. ✔️ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on trucks and trailers ✔️ Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults ✔️ Use diagnostic software to read ABS/EBS and brake system data ✔️ Carry out inspections of axles, chassis, undercarriages, and tarpaulins ✔️ Troubleshoot and repair tail lifts (hydraulics, controls) ✔️ Occasionally perform on-site roadside repairs ✔️ Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards

Qui êtes-vous? m/v/x

  • Ability to work independently on trucks, trailers, and tail lifts
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, brake, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience using diagnostic software for vehicle systems (ABS/EBS)
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and solving technical issues efficiently
  • Willingness to perform on-site breakdown repairs
  • Solid technical insight and problem-solving mindset
  • Accurate and quality-focused approach
  • Communicative and flexible attitude

Formation: Technical education in mechanics and experience in the profession

Connaissances linguistiques: Dutch or English on communicative level required

Qu'est-ce que nous vous offrons?

  • Hourly rate: €20-€22 gross/hour
  • Day work – no shift allowance provided
  • Overtimes possible up to 50h/week
  • There is an opportunity to work in the 24/7 on-call service at a later stage, with additional pay.
