A contemporary restaurant located on the top floor of a premium hotel near Brussels Airport is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage team members. In this all-round F&B role, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the restaurant and bar service — from mise-en-place to guest service and closing tasks. You ensure a smooth and welcoming experience across breakfast, lunch, dinner or bar service, while working closely with your colleagues to maintain high service standards.

Familiarity with food and beverage service standards

Formation: No diploma required
Hospitality training or previous service experience is a plus
Connaissances professionnelles: Experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel service is preferred
Capable of using POS systems and handling payments correctly
Knowledge of mise-en-place, table setting, and guest flow
Able to handle basic complaints or guest requests professionally
Understanding of closing procedures and teamwork across departments
Connaissances linguistiques: Fluent English is required
Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset
Attestations: No specific certificates required
Basic knowledge of HACCP is a plus
